At Acushnet Avenue in New Bedford, MA, our team partnered with Dellbrook | JKS to deliver the Southcoast Pediatric Rehabilitation Center, a state-of-the-art facility featuring treatment rooms, physical therapy rooms, and ample clinical support space.
Our 30-person workforce provided comprehensive services in carpentry, roofing, and siding, while completing a full interior gut renovation. Significant framing and structural reinforcement were required to support the new layout and ensure the building’s long-term durability.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
The project carried a demanding three-month completion schedule, requiring late evening and weekend hours to maintain progress. Unforeseen structural conditions added complexity, but through extended work shifts, precise coordination, and efficient execution, the team successfully delivered the full scope on time and to the client’s standards.
