Fire & Water Damage Restoration
At Bowdoin Street, Beacon Hill, our team restored and renovated a multi-story building following a fire and water damage from a broken sprinkler pipe. With tenants temporarily relocated to hotels, the fully unoccupied building was completed on a strict three-month schedule.
The project included 15 residential units across five floors, office space, and a ground-floor restaurant, with multiple trades working simultaneously. Work included partial and full gut renovation, structural framing, drywall, finish carpentry, kitchen and bathroom upgrades, painting, and electrical and sprinkler improvements.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
Tight scheduling and multi-use spaces required careful phasing, extended hours, and coordination of multiple trades.
Limited parking and site access in Beacon Hill added logistical complexity, which was addressed through detailed planning, staged material deliveries, and coordination with local authorities.
Targeted repairs and durable finishes ensured long-term performance. The project successfully delivered safe, modernized, and fully functional spaces for residents, office tenants, and the restaurant.
